Can anyone show me how to install iptables?

Hi, all
I am new to Linux. I have just succeeded in running a Red Hat linux 7.3. I have also managed to connect to the net. My challenge now is with installing iptables. Can anyone, please, illustrate for me an easy step-by-step process to achieve this. Thank you ever so much.

If you're new, why are you running such an old distro? RedHat 9 and before were discontinued years ago. RedHat 7.3 does have an "iptables" package; but I'm not sure how you would install it.
