Angry Built in Wireless no work on RH9

I have a problem that i dont think i have much choice in. I have an Averatec Laptop (i know its a cheapy but i didn't have much choice at the time). Anyways, built in WLAN, can't really figure out who made it (pretty sure its generic). I cannot get it detected or working in RH9.

I'm thinking that i'm going to have to buy a Linux supported PCMCIA wireless card. Anyone have any suggestions before i try that? please!?!?

My built-in 802.11b doesn't work on my Toshiba portege 2000. I'd suggest purchasing a PCMCIA Orinoco Gold card. These work great and are well documented all over the Internet. For future reference, check out the Orinoco card on http://airsnort.shmoo.org

Click on the red hat icon, Click on System Settings, Network, Enter your root password, Click on Add, Choose wireless, See if red hat has your dirver already in it. And edit your SSID network name, and click on Manage mode. When you go back to the main screen click on Active. That should be it.
