boot.iso CD -- Multiple kernels

Does anybody have information on creating a CD image that has individual boot.iso images for multiple versions of Red Hat?

If that wasn't clear, I would like to make a single CD that has the boot.iso images for RH 4.5, RH 4.5, RH 4.6, RH 4.7, RH 5.1, RH 5.2

It would be nice to have a CD that could boot anyone of these images to do a network kickstart of any of these OS versions.
