Auto-detecting ethernet?

I'm running Redhat 9.0 on an HP 521c. Install went just fine minus ethernet. No ethernet device was detected. I've tried specifying each of the HP ethernet cards in the "Internet Connection Wizard" dropdown. Is there a way to auto-detect my ethernet device? If not, what do i need to do to get online?

here is the specs of my computer:

...if that helps.
