View cookies in readable format

I am looking for a way to view cookies in "human readable"
form.

I installed Sqlite Manager, but it shows dates in a cryptic form.

For example, last accessed shows 1463402115207068.

Anything better ?

That's a timestamp in microseconds:
Code:
 perl -e 'print " ".localtime(int(1463402115207068/1000000))."\n"'
 Mon May 16 08:35:15 2016
