LegacyOS2

Question, IF I install LegacyOS2 "as is" straight from the cd is that all I need to do? Are there and updates that I need to worry about?

Why is it that when I click applications>setup>package-manager>legacy package manager that no package manager actually comes up? I would like to run a different browser other than Opera or Konquereor...Is there a way to get chromium to run on legacy?

Otherwise, I like this OS....I've always liked older kde and ICEWM and this is a great combo of the two...

Legacy OS2 has enough upgrades from it's original Puppy base that a lot of the regular packages don't work correctly.... so the package manager is disabled.
However, there is a small repository specifically for Legacy OS2.Forum thread with info, packages and package lists and passwords.. http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/vie...=530577#530577

http://www.qtweb.net/downloads/QtWeb-elf386.zip may help you until you get chromium working.
