IBM ThinkPad WiFi in Puppy 4.31

I have an IBM ThinkPad running Puppy 4.31. Now I need to get
a Netgear WG511v2 card working. I found some info on other forums
(Ubuntu)and download a file WG511v2.tar.gz as suggested. It was
also suggested that "ndiswrapper" is needed?

Is there any step by step guide available to get this installed and

Thanks in advance.

If your hardware is compatible with Linux then Puppy will enable it without any intervention whatsoever. Here’s how.
