I cannot reboot with a saves session of Puppy 2.0.2

Hi all,
Very new to puppy..I dl version 2.02 and burned it as an .iso with
K3b and used the advanced tab to put the checkmark in the "multisession" check box..Burns OK and when I reboot the computer Puppy starts..I configure the eth0 card and a few other things then go to shutdown, and save it to the cd-r multisession disk..It appears as two sessions but when I reboot with the puppy cd in place, my normal Linux starts, not Puppy..
Wher am I going wrong? I want to save each configuration setting
as another track..
Thank you for any suggestions..
PS I don't need more coasters I have plenty enough hehe...
BTW puppy says an I/O error when I try to save and it opens and closed the tray and eventually burns but will not re-boot?

I found out that my problem has something to do with either my Plextor cd/dvd burner or my BIOS as I got out my very old computer in the garage with a AMD K6-500 cpu and a no name ATAPI cd burner and it saves the second configured Puppy 2.02 just fine..

Edit Later: I removed the no-name cd burner from my old garage tower and put it into my newer tower..Went thru the whole process but puppy will not boot the second session..It looks as though it may be my BIOS..
