HOW? There's no instructions online, cannot find it on youtube either, someone please explain!

Putting the subject of your thread into DDG returned hundreds of links about setting up a persistent USB LInux install.

Bionic is as close as it gets to Windows, too bad you're all too lazy to make the finishing touches to make it usable. Too bad.

At the op, if it is your habit to express your frustration with expletive language, you will get better results on forums if you leave it out. Not judging, I have nephews/grandsons that talk/express themselves the same way.

live iso's are only for testing, not for every day use/installing software and will have to be reinstalled with a major update.
There are two types of programs that puts iso's onto a usb.

One type will format the usb and write the contents of iso to usb. With these you are still able to write data to the usb.
some of the older programs that worked great at one time, but not so good with the newer uefi systems, stil come up in searches as a recommendation, even through the post is over 8 years old.
rufus is a windows program that I use for this type of install and should work with puppy linux.

The other writes bit for bit the the iso to the usb and the usb has similar properties as a cd/dvd, you can't not write data to the usb. I think etcher is a program that does this, along with the dd command used in linux to put iso onto usb.

If you want to install a full working linux distro to usb, you will need two usb. One for the iso, minimum 4-8gb usb. Another one, minimum 32gb to install to.
