How to install Opera in Puppy 4.1.2 Retro

I've been having more and more problems with Seamonkey 1.1.8, and would like to install Opera in Puppy 4.1.2 Retro.

Is there a pup available?

There's something called opera-9.10-20061214.6-shared-qt.1.s86-en-521. I installed it, and apparently the installation went fine, when I check it with PETget, it says everything is "ok", but there's no tab in the Internet Menu. And typing "opera" in the console returns:

bash:/usr.local/bin/operal: Input/outpug error.When I type "seamonkey" seamonkey opens a window.

So if opera is really installed, I have no idea how to run it.
