How to install Non-Pup apps in Puppy?

I am a writer-trying to install "Writer's World Maker" in Puppy-no luck!

http://www.wwmkr.com/

Does anyone have any idea how this can be done??

You need to compile it yourself if they don't provide a package for you.
You'll need to get the development tools installed into puppy then compile qt, gambas, then writer's world maker. Most of it is probably "./configure; make install", but sometimes it's more than that.

Could you plaese elaborate a little more?
What are the exact steps needed?

Install the devx sfs module so you can compile stuff in puppy...

Get qt from www.trolltech.com & install. You can also get qt via the puppy package manager but I'm not sure if it has the headers for compiling stuff but you can try it out.

and if it's still ok then get gambas then Writer's World Maker
