Does someone have the old Puppy 0.6 ?


Does someone have the old Puppy 0.6 ?
As it is said in Wikipedia Puppy 0.6 needs only about 48MB RAM !
I tried but I can`t find a download-source

0.7.9 iso is ex stock, will that do ?

The file is 44 MB. ( January 2004 )

And I can send a copy with snail mail, if you wish.

I don`t know but I'd like to try it / (but please what is a snail mail?)

Puppy live cd's 0.7.9 and 0.7.4 will be mailed tomorrow.

If you only have 48Mb RAM, using a tiny new distro can be better than using an particularly old distro. Try Slitaz, Tiny Core, DSL or Puppy 2 retro. Have you read Operating Systems for Old Computers?
