.deb to .pup

Is there a way to convert a .deb file to a .pup file? I was trying to use the package chntpw on a flash drive I had that had puppy installed on it but I couldn't figure it out.

None that I am aware of. There is an undeb dot pup That you might be able to use to undeb the program and then use the package manager to install it as an alien package.

you can use the undeb/unrpm dotpup package to unzip the deb, then copy the chntpw to a suitable directory

or you could ask on the Puppy forum and someone might make a Puppy package for you ... see http://www.murga.org/~puppy/viewtopic.php?t=10310
