Hi Andy

You should be able to correct this via the CUPS web interface

http://localhost:631/printers

Here you should be able to resume your printer.

Edit: Click on the printer in the list, then 'Maintenance' > 'Resume Printer'

Or for a CLI method, do
Code:
cupsenable <Printer_Name>

The 'Maintenance' menu doesn't show the option?

The printer status can also be shown with
Code:
lpstat -p
Try using 'cupsenable...'

Not luck with that either.

Code:
# lpstat -a | cut -f1 -d ' '
Brother_HL-2240_series
Canon_MG2200_series
CUPS-PDF
# cupsenable Canon_MG2220_series
cupsenable: Operation failed: client-error-not-found

You made a typo
Code:
# cupsenable Canon_MG2220_series
It should be
Code:
# cupsenable Canon_MG2200_series
