Hard returns are being stripped from post
Formatting function do not work unless googlapis is allowed in noscript

None of the editing functions work. For example I can't pick font or font size. But worst of all, all the hard returns are being stripped when previewing or posting. For example: I put three hard returns before this sentence. I hit the preview button and they are now gone.

I disabled noscript and everything works now. This has never happened on any other site. You guys are apparently doing something that Noscript considers a security issue.
test I restarted noscript. There are two hard returns before this sentence. The formating function icons above this text entry box no longer work. When formating tags are added manually like this (two hard returns follow)

Then it works. I updated noscript

Lets see if it works now. Nope apparently not. Noscript is set to allow the entire page but I am not seeing any advertisements.

Even though I allowed the entire site, I found that there were three Google sites marked as untrusted. So I allowed Googleapis. That did the trick. The formating functions are working again. I normally set anything having to do with Google to untrusted because Google is evil.

This really sucks that I have to allow a Google site to function on my computer.

Thanks for the feedback. We often test different CDN options at LQ and are currently evaluating serving some content via Googleapis.
