I just noticed that every time I submit a reply, I get the warning message about waiting 3 seconds to post. At first I thought it might be a trackpad glitch, but I got the same behavior when using the left button
Problem did not occur when posting the above reply, but DID occur when replying to another regular thread in the interim. Except for the this bug report, problem has been consistent for the last ~ 20 minutes
