Yet Another Simple Tool - linspill

Hi everyone,
some time ago I had a set of link titles and wanted to get HTML tags for them. Actually I wanted to get from
example link
<a href="">example link</a>
and that's exactly what tool does.

Looking forward for you thumbs up/down and constructive criticism.

It's PHP based (running on linux of course . I'm sure same thing is possible by some awk/sed magic, but i wanted somehting more visual.

results in this thing:
<a href="><(((>" >><(((></a><br />
Obviously not the correct result. Use urlencode() on the hyperlink part and htmlspecialchars() on the description part to make it robust for such cases.
