I wrote a program called TEXTDRAW:

Textdraw (td) is a small utility that allows do draw (ascii-based) line-, rectangle-, ellipse- and text-objects with copy/paste/move features.

As I got some good hints from this forum (i.e. Mara) I want to share textdraw with anyone who is interested. See more at:

One small suggestion (me again ): pack it to unpack into a directory.
