Write into File from Kernel and read the same file from User space

Hello ,

I have done character device file with the IOCTL and I can write into character device from userspace with ioctl system calls.

However, I am not able to write from the kernel by simply calling ioctl_device function. I am not able to figure out what needs to be defined in struct inode .

Kindly request you to help me out.

Saurabh Chokshi
