Unhappy Working with libnetfilter_queue

Hello

I have some problem with working with libnetfilter_queue .
If exists good tutorial about this API please tell me to know, the official site is very abstract (i think).
1 - Can we use an ARRAY in our program to buffer the packets and process all of them, then set the verdict when all the packets processing is completed or we have to process a packet and set the verdict and then go to next packet ?
2 - If we can buffer packets and then process them how much packet can we buffer ?
3 - A little description about "int nfq_set_queue_maxlen (struct nfq_q_handle *qh, u_int32_t queuelen)" function

Best
