I have been looking for an IDE for linux and I kinda find it hard to belive that the best FREE IDE I have ever used is for Windows ONLY?does anyone know of a good one for Linux, or am I going to have to port Bloodshed to Linux?

I haven't messed with eclipse yet..... but kdevelop is kinda funky for C++ as it disables some error checking..... which is scarry.

I just downloaded a copy of kylix by borland... which looks very promising... If only I can get it to install on my Slackware 9.1 Install... hah....

I duno Its wierd but I find it hard to belive that those are really the only Linux C++ IDE's... Its wierd ebcuase those are the ones I have messed with... I gues I will have to just use KDevelop and get used to it....... I miss bloodshed.... I am seriously thinking about trying to use Wine to make it run in linux Hah....OR out Right porting it to linux.

Bloodshed is by far the BEST piece of free software I have ever used... well besides linux and Linux and Bloodshed need to come together and be happy
