Which IDE/program for Perl/Java/C++ programming?

Dear programmers

Please tell me what would be the ideal IDEs/programs for programming in the following languages:

1) Perl/BioPerl
2) C/C++
3) Java

All suggestions welcome

anjuta is probably the most commonly used, though some wold say emacs ought to be good enough for anybody. Vi people willl saysimilar things. even gedit or kate work pretty well

Vim with the required plugins.

Okay, Komodo is good for perl.

I can't believe no one mentioned Eclipse! It's great on Linux AND Windows and supports Java as well as C/C++, as well as many other languages. Plus, it has built in CVS support. Its a beautiful product!
