What is this graphics effect called?

Hi. I noticed that when I draw lines from some point of origin, to all the edges of the screen, it creates this diamond-like pattern effect. (See attached PNG.) I understand why this phenomenon happens, but I am curious to know if there is a name for it.

It's called a Moiré pattern, caused by the interaction between the scan and the drawn line.
