What are the 'must know' concepts/commands in Valgrind?

For example, in GDB we talk about breakpoints, watchpoints and core dumps etc. Similarly what are the 'must knows' in Valgrind?

P.S. I don't need any links to Valgrind manuals, I already have them.

Thanks for the effort, but I was looking for some answer like this: http://programmers.stackexchange.com...n-qt-framework

Example: GCC, GDB, Emacs all have very lengthy manuals, but we don't need to know ALL to get around the problems.

Anyway, I had reported this thread to be closed, the question is perhaps is too vague.
