wget usage error


Hello all

I am not able to connect to any http site through wget command..i have a file like this
file ==> DB01030
DB00222

for i in `cat db`
do
wget http://129.128.185.122/drugbank2/$i/pdb; done

But it will show a message saying that
"Connecting to 129.128.185.122:80... failed: Connection timed out."

Kindly help ...

well IS there a web server even listening??? There's nothing there to suggest an issue with wget itself.
