Post Well solution to make HTML beautiful

Hello LQ.org.
I was looking for some Windows app or online service to make ugly (x)html beautiful, legit, and easy-to-read but found nothing appropriate. Does anyone know any Linux/Windows application or online service to do it (it also should eat JavaScript with no problems).
