web menus

hi all,

does anyone know how to make a web menu? i was thinking maybe javascript or dhtml however when i search for information on it i get propriatey widgets, or applications to make menus but nothing about coding web menus, cheers.

I'm sure you did not search properly. Google on java dhtml menu gives plenty sites where you can find examples.

http://www.dynamicdrive.com/ sounds familiar to me, seem to remember that I popped in there quite a few times long ago (4-6 years or so).

And here a tutorial. Did not really look at it.

I'd also do a quick "view source" on some of the webpages that you like

That way you can find out how other people have done it, before choosing a tutorial.
