Question want to code in a crew

i am searching for a coder-crew to work on an existing project for linux.

who could i ask and who not?
do you have experiences working within "repository-clans" as they are often called in germany?

i am familiar with CVS, QT and gentoo linux. furthermore i have 2 years of experience with C and C++

so does any team needs me for after-work coding?

Check on www.sourceforge.net for people, there are always projects looking for coders. If you have a project in mind already, start it up and post a few listings for coder openings
