viewing variables in Geany

Hi All,
normally I use Gedit with DDD for my programming. I've just taken a look at Geany IDE, it seems to work fine as a tool. However I've ran into an issue I can't solve. In DDD I can choose display and data and enter a variable name. The display window will then show me the variable, array , class ect as (sort of) drop downs, where I can click on say an array to see its elements. I've searched for a while on the software but can't seem to see a variable display window, I've also Googled with no luck. And anyone point me in the direct of how to do this?
Thanks
