Okay, that is classic CMS idiom. Joomla is one of the more popular ones. Drupal and Plone are a couple of others. Someone skilled in the art could probably look at the HTML/javascript/CSS and be able to tell what CMS is used to make the site you linked to.

Well, i have all the files of that site in my computer, i stracted them with a software.
