May be it will work with some files, when a valid out.conf is used ?
Some figures must be missing or be wrong in your file,
when you get those warnings ?
Similar warnings / a last line with errors also appear with no conf file.

( I don't know iNSpect, except for a few tests, I made yesterday.)

Suggest : Use the available examples and see if they will work :

Sample http://toilers.mines.edu/Public/Downloads/sample.gz

demo-full.tgz : http://toilers.mines.edu/Public/Downloads/demo-full.gz

..

I have downloaded files from the same site & i also run example programs provided in that site. but the problem is its not supporting my file format.
in .tr files iNSpect not reading D,N lines but reading only s,r,m lines.
the example program working for lar protocol while i want it to work for AODV.
can you tell me how mobility file get created????

May be the the files can be filtered with one of the awk scripts ?
Like when preparing .tr files for xgraph.
