trying to make my first basic kde app, could someone look at this error

im using kubuntu breezy, and kdevelop, and i just selected to make a simple kde app and try and build it to see if it will work, and i got this error. what does it mean, how can i fix it?

configure: error: in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail. So, check this please and use another prefix!
