Trouble on PHP & MySQL Quotes

Hi Guys. I dunno what happen with this query: some help?

"UPDATE MisEquipos SET MisEquipos.campoalt = '" .  mysql_real_escape_string($Equipo) . "' WHERE MisEquipos.equipo = '" .  mysql_real_escape_string($EquipoID) . "'";
Output on Terminal:

mysql> UPDATE MisEquipos SET MisEquipos.campoalt = 33 WHERE MisEquipos.equipo = 'Daniel\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s';

and with echo mysql_errno($link) . ": " . mysql_error($link) . "\n";

No error retuned...

Some help ... Thanks..
