Tomcat Config

Hi guys does anyone know where I might be able to find a decent peice of documentation on the tomcat config files? Those are the files in CATALINA_HOME/conf

Also if you do not know of any could someone please help me translate the following
  • grant [signedBy <signer>,] [codeBase <code source>]

I guess you are not really looking for a tomcat doc, but for the standard java security framework.
That's where the signedBy comes from.
