To decode an ogg Vorbis audoi file into a .wav file

Please send me a C code to convert .ogg audio file unto a .wav file.

Iam in urgent need of it.

Hmmm.... Not really polite form my point of view. Anyway, you should try ogg123, which is a command line ogg player...
