Exclamation

Qt Designer is for creating graphical user interfaces (in the wysiwyg way). Do you mean you wish to create a GUI for a client-server application? What code are you looking for? The actual client-server application? Qt Designer can be obtained from trolltech's webpage.

If this was not what you were looking for, please rephrase your question...
It is not possible to create a server using Qt Designer!
