Tcp client server development

sorry,i am new to developer in linux,i do only simple c coding
now i want to develop a simple tcp client/server prg & no idea to from where to start and what header or class required please
please need spoon feed

i think better to refer socket programming ,u can easily do it.

There are C/C++ libraries for network programming available. I think a simple search on google will suffice.
On the other hand, i find it easier to do such things using Perl/Python...
