Subversion query user to confirm changes on special files

hallo,

I'm searching for a possibility in SVN to query the user when he tries to commit changes to special files.

For example:

The user shall confirm changes to all Makefiles of a project. So if the user commits it's changeset to the repository and there are any changed Makefiles in the changeset, the user shall be queried if he is really sure what he is doing.

Perhaps someone knows a simple solution for this problem.

Thanks in advance.

I think i will write a bash script using the subversion hook feature.

I'll add a list of files which can be only committed if a special tag word is mentioned in the log.

If anybody has other suggestion please post them.
