Starting to program in C

Hi,
Please could anyone help me to find a manual about programming in c under the GCC compiler.

Any Ebooks would be a great help or a link to a site

Thanks for the help

Type man gcc in any terminal program. You get all the help you need there. I am also starting to program in c. I am now trying to install mysql in mandrake so that i can start using a DB instead of flat files. Although i learned a lot doing this. Jejeje.

gcc -o myprogram myprogramsource.c

then run myprogram

-o is for output, if "-o myprogram" is not included, a.out is created, thats your program.

try g++ also!
