Start building collaborative website with mobile interaction, give acces to others
Dear programmers,

As a sporter a learned to keep up a sportsdiary, with; kg, heart rate, km cycling, etc, etc. My trainer was asking about these data and of course he was interested in the competition results.
So, i like to make a website with the possibility for the user to give away access to trainers, doctors, medics, etc. Share, store his data-results. And nowadays, the use of upload diary data and medical data like heart rate via a mobile device.

Who can give me a direction in what kind of system to use to build such a website?
Is it better to use PHP or .NET?
Is it possible to build this with a CMS like Typo3 or do i have to build it in JAVA or other stand alone language?

If you can build this for me or you know somebody who can build this for me, let me know.

PHP,.NET, perl, whatever doesn't matter. Just use what you know.

I agree, use whatever language you're comfortable with, take a little time to decide on the backend database though,

What i know and what ik like to hear.
Dear members,

Thanks for the quick response.

What i know is that PHP and perl are open source systems where you can do your programming.
.Net is closed programming system. Not "source" because you can find some source in .Net. If this is not truth ...I will hear it from you.

So with the first i can find a lot of information on the internet. And lot's of free source-code. Where on the internet? Who can give me some good links? With the second i don't know.

On th beginning of this post i have these needs for my web page and as you can see there is lot's of integration with each module.
Can anybody tell me witch development system i must let go aside, because it will never work, witch development system is recommended?

Who can tell me more about this topic?
