Exclamation Something like cygwin


Hi guys...
i am trying to create a program something just like cygwin where it will run the LINUX command's in Windows.

So i need help from you guys that wish to give me a coding, a simple codes at least for make 4 or 5 command line such ls, cd, pwd, etc....

this is gonna be my final year project.. so i do really2 appreciate to those who are gonna help me..

tq...

Hello, which language are you going to use?
Are you going to use cygwin.dll and actually rewrite ls, cd and pwd? Or are you just going to use the Microsoft API and emulate ls, cd and pwd?

well... i think i would prefer to use the API... would you help me???

C++.. i prefer the C++ and i'll compile using visual studio 6.0.... or VS2005 express perhaps

Agrouf, if you couldnt help me in Visual studio, can you tell me the alternative way instead using the visual studio......

i do need someone to guide me.... this is because the one who gave me the ideas to create this program no longer here......

You could have a look at the source code for coreutils from GnuWin32, although I think it's in C:
