snmp agent trap sending


can anyone give me a tutorial on how to send traps in snmp using just the built-in libraries of gcc or c++? im having trouble with the other snmp libraries around the net 'coz i just dont understand them...

...or better yet, can anyone give me some source codes on how to send snmp traps using only the built-in libraries og gcc or c++...
