sending emails from a website monthly
How could I automatically send an email to all clients monthy from my website if it were hosted remotely?

I think you should post more info about the host - is it Linux/WinNT, does it use PHP,ASP, etc.

The host should have their own mail server which they've configured PHP to use. If so you can simply use PHP's Mail() function. Failing that, use PHPMailer.

It's not sending mail that's the problem, it is timing it.

Oh, okay then. Assuming you can SSH to the web server, just stick an entry in crontab to execute your php script whenever you need
