sending a screengrab to another machine on LAN

Hello,
I want to code a PyQT screengrab tool, and then be able to send this to another user on the network (LAN). My network knowledge is near zero, so apologies for the ill-formed vague question.
But basically I want to be able to send that screengrab to another user, have it pop up on their screen. I guess ideally I use their username, and the application queries whatever machine they are logged into from this.

I have been searching, does tty allow me to do this? any pointers so I can research at least in the right area would be very appreciated

thanks in advance
Conor

In general aliens are not allowed to put anything on the screen. You need to have access to their desktop (or terminal). So it does not look trivial if they do not allow to do that.
Much better to send an email.
Would be nice to know more about the configuration. Also would be nice to show us what did you make so far and where did you stuck.
