send to all that connect to same msg queue

is there a way to send msgs to all that connects to the same msg queue? there is no flag in msgsnd() to do it.

AFAIK this is not possible. Once a message is read, it's also removed from the queue, so no other processes can get it anymore.

I think you can use (filesystem) sockets for this.
