script Fedora 4 Core


Im trying to write a simple script to export my data out of my mysql table into a CSV file???? I cant really find any research,,

Could i have a example

/usr/bin/mysqldump -h localhost -u root what else????

/usr/bin/mysqldump -h localhost -u root what else????
i think you can only dump it to a .sql file with mysqldump, could be wrong.
try running

Code:
man mysqldump
you might have to write a program to convert the data.
