resources for 'expect' practice

I am starting a new job,
and need to brush up on my expect scripting.

does anyone know of any online resources, e.g. telnet sites
that I can play about with?

yes I've googled, they mostly seem dead.

Computers are cheap nowadays - maybe it's possible to install a telnet enabled old computer on LAN (so security is not an issue) and play with it ?

'ssh' example: http://bash.cyberciti.biz/security/e...-login-script/ . Typically nowadays 'ssh' access is enabled.

yes, I've telnet-ed to my modem but it's a bit boring,
I was looking for something that might be interesting or useful to do!
there's a US weather site but I'm in GB.
I'll try google for public ssh, good idea.

Open a FOSS project - the hosting providers normally give 'ssh' access.

...

You do not have a second computer and a spare network card ?
