Question remove/cover a non-responsive area, triggered by buttons. Using only an input-form?

Oh dear, I am facing quite a bit of a rather odd dilemma, to say the least!

Is it possible to assign an object - like an SVG/Canvas or something(?) - to cover an *absolute* position from injecting a different input form?
The goal here is to remove the box that says "Sign up page image or video", by any means possible!

Any valuable information, to help me solve this thread, will be marked as helpful and get a personal message saying 'thank you' followed by feedback. Apart from lots and lots of gratitude, of course!

I hope this made sense. If not, please address it to me and I'll get back quickly with more details...

Thank you for stopping by! Really.
