reduced testcase?? solved bug in gcc but what now?
Hello all,
I submitted a bug report to openSuse bugzilla and one of the developer fixed the problem for openSuse 11.1, which is still in very high alpha state. However, he posted something about a reduced testcase. Can I use this to solve my problem now, and if so how.

The "reduced test case" is the minimum amount of code required to reproduce the problem.
You could use it to fix your problem by modifying the code until the compiler stops reporting an internal error, but with a static struct that large, it would be a fool's errand.
Try splitting that struct into smaller structs or allocating the fields at runtime.
