I'm trying to learn how to program and I decided to start with Python. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a could website or book for learning Python. I have the online tutorial from Python downloaded, I was just wondering if there was anything better.
I've always had some reasonable luck with the O'Reilly books. They have Programming Python, which is rather complete, and Learning Python, a more modest tome. I've always found the best prices at www.bookpool.com
